About rooted & Restored wellness
Our team is dedicated to providing holistic, integrated care that supports healing of the body, mind, and spirit.
We strive to create a welcoming space where individuals can access collaborative, personalized support on their path to wellness.
Rebecca Bair (she/her) and Maggie Maley (she/her) founded Rooted & Restored Counseling in 2020 with a shared vision of creating a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment—not only for the individuals and families seeking services but also for the professionals providing them. What began as a small, dedicated practice has since grown into a thriving community of over thirty skilled therapists, along with the addition of a licensed medication provider and a registered dietitian.
As our practice evolved, so did our understanding of what true healing requires. We began to see more clearly the importance of treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—in an integrated, comprehensive way. This insight led to the expansion of our mission and the founding of Rooted & Restored Wellness in 2025. This new branch reflects our deepening commitment to holistic care and our desire to offer a full spectrum of services under one roof. With this expansion, we aim to continue building an interdisciplinary team of compassionate professionals who collaborate to meet each client’s unique needs. Our long-term vision is to create a one-stop destination for individuals and families seeking meaningful support, personalized treatment, and lasting healing in every area of life.

Our GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Connectedness
We believe connectedness is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship. Our therapists work hard to build rapport with clients from the first session. We offer group therapy as an additional opportunity to connect.
Accessibility
We aim to provide accessible care by accepting major insurance plans, working with clients to resolve any billing issues, minimizing our waitlist when possible, and responding promptly to client inquiries.
Flexibility
We understand that clients have commitments outside of prioritizing their mental health. Our team offers both in person and virtual therapy sessions seven days a week in order to allow for flexibility in the therapeutic process.
Transparency
We demonstrate transparency through report of any out of pocket expenses prior to session, resolution of any client concerns, disclosure of therapist specialties, and discussion of treatment goals.
